A long and successful record in leading and working with student athletes in multiple sports to achieve their full potential on and off the court/field: basketball (youth, high school, NCAA and NBA) and track & field (youth, high school, NCAA).  Fitness development for soccer, volleyball, football and baseball athletes.


Former Division-I college basketball athlete (U.S. Naval Academy) with contributions in building a winning program that includes an NCAA "March Madness" tournament appearance.

Health & Performance Global Program Lead  |  Sunnyvale, CA  |  October 2019 - present

Responsible for the service delivery operations of all Health and Performance program venues, experiences and activities globally - a foundational aspect of Google’s internal culture.  Manage, collaborate and partner with a diverse ecosystem of vendor partners.  Determine and drive key strategies that maximize the impact of the experiences and spaces that enable Google to thrive. Organization scope: 4 regional leads, 10 headquarters support staff, 48 massage vendor partners, 10 fitness vendor partners, ~900 massage & fitness practitioners.  Global program scope: 70+ fitness centers, massage in 88+ offices.  Digital footprint: internal booking platform, fitness site, massage site, digital portfolio of at-home/on-the-go health & wellness resources.

Business Partner (Google Cloud) - Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS)  |  Sunnyvale, CA  June 2020 - June 2021 (supplemental assignment during COVID)

Representative of REWS to the Google Cloud product area on all workplace services matters.  Internal consultant and client service lead to senior executive leadership to build trust, achieve consensus, drive decision making and communicate to all appropriate levels.  Key liaison to REWS cross-functional partners on the delivery of services, experiences, products and programs that enable Google to thrive.

Provide support and oversee the operations of Google’s Health & Performance services- with a specific focus on the vendor segment of the massage program.  Responsible for designing, implementing and managing: massage services, body care classes, self care spaces and facilities across multiple regions of a global program.  Program scope: 88 offices, 46 vendors, ~300 massage therapists, ~36K customers.

Program manager assigned to the Electronic Payments Services (EPS) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) teams in the Google Finance organization.  While specific highlights are confidential, contributions include: strategic decision support to executives, project management, change management, communications, process design, website design, data & analytics and insights.
